Food guilt - absolutely NOT! I am a huge advocate for eating the food that makes your body feel good, whatever that is, don’t worry about what that is right now, we’ll find out together. I have a strict NO Food Guilt & NO Food Judgement rule.
A weight loss/calorie counting/nutrition/healthy eating program.
Health or nutrition advice - I am not a doctor, health worker, dietician or nuntritionist.
A plan that you can fail - there is no failure.
I offer sessions via Skype video calls, Skype voice calls and Skype chat - I know that for many speaking via video or on the phone can be very daunting, so if you'd prefer our sessions via chat that's absolutely fine. Just let me know.
I work with clients all over the world, that's the beauty of the internet. It doesn't matter where in the world you are, I'm sure we can find a time and day that suits you.
Mindfulness & Happy Eating - 3 or 6 Months Coaching.

What's the difference? The 6 month coaching course includes an introduction into mindfulness, journaling and meditation. It takes around three months to successfully instil a mindfulness practice. The 3 month coaching is for clients who already hold a very good understanding of mindfulness, who have completed personal growth courses in the past and journal often.

Mindfulness and creating a mindfulness practice in your day to day life.
Guidances in how to listen to your body and being aware of signals and messages it is sending.
Journaling, with plenty of guidance and prompts.
Discovering and understanding your personal food stories and eating behaviours.
Uncovering and untying where the thought patterns, mindsets and behaviours come from. In doing so we are able to work towards a healthy relationship with food.
Creating set goals to achieve a healthy relationship with food.
Guidance to discover the foods that make YOU feel good and helping you include those foods in your life more often.
Guidance in intuitive eating.
Empowerment to make the food choices that make you feel good and continue to make those choices for the rest of you life, even if your taste and preference changes.
You'll discover that there is a life beyond food fear.
You will be armed with tools to continue on your healthy relationship with food and eating which will last a lifetime.
Meal and Snack inspiration to encourage eating the foods that make you feel good.
The Mindfulness and Happy Eating Coaching Includes:
1 x 1.5 hour initial session to get to know eachother, discover your personal reasons for wanting to work with an Eating Psychology Coach and begin looking at triggers, food stories and behaviours.
Weekly 1 hour video calls via Skype to instil a mindfulness practice, create goals, work through issues that have come up during the week, reflect upon goals and go through assignments.
Weekly assignments to complete during the week.
A shared, protected folder with each session’s notes and homework assignments as well as goals and any other worksheets and tools used during the session. You will also have a personal, private Pinterest folder with recipe and food inspiration which will be added to each week.
Additional email support if needed.
