Lentil Falafels |Vegan Recipe

These vegan lentil falafels are oh so very scrumptious. They're pretty filling, leaving you you energised for the afternoon ahead and a really great healthy lunch option popped in wraps or a salad. wrap4

They are cheap to make and will keep in the fridge for around 5-7 days. The sesame seeds used in this recipe are what mind it all together as well as being really great for you they add a delicious flavour to these plant based patties.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of lentils (rinsed)
  • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • salt & pepper for seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp of spicy paprika
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 heaped tbsp of flour (I used spelt flour however most flours will work)

Method:

Pre-heat oven to 180'c.

Pop all of the ingredients apart from the flour into a food processor and mixed. Once a smooth paste has formed add the flour, mix again until a dough has formed. Roll into balls and flatten on a greased tray. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
